Sessions

Session fee:
$175 weekday/$225weekend session fee is due on or before your session. Session fee is non-refundable unless cancellation made 1 week prior to session. This fee covers the time, talent & equipment of the photographer and provides you with your custom portrait session (1-3 hours and one or more locations), the individual processing of at least 25-30 images for purchase and an online gallery to view your images.
(Unless otherwise stated, this fee does NOT include prints, images on DVD or products)

Collections start at $500.

Our clients love their images so much the average amount spent is $800 – $1000

There is a $300 minimum purchase required (before tax and shipping).

We offer a complete line of boutique items such as canvas gallery wraps, coffee table books and albums, as well as print packages and a la’ carte print options. For complete pricing information contact me at kelly@kellykphotography.com

Referrals
We offer a $40 print credit for each person you refer who successfully completes a session with me.

Session Viewing
Proofs will be presented  2-3 weeks following your session in an online private gallery. Proofs will be visiable for exactly 2 weeks (14 days) during  which, you and your family and friends can view your session, make selections and submit your print order. At the end of the 2 weeks your gallery will expire and will be taken down. You may choose to rehost the gallery for an additional 5 days for $45 fee. Once your order is submitted and paid in full, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Terms
KellyK Photography, LLC reserves the rights to all images. All images can be used by Kelly Swart in any way (website, blog, promotion material, ad, etc.). All images are copyright protected and cannot be copied, printed, altered or reproduced in any way. All offenders will be prosecuted accordingly. Prices subject to change at any time. Images taken as part of a specific campaign will qualify for rates listed for that specific event at the time of the session.
